Sahib has spent five years running Office Bar & Bistro in Kitimat, earning a reputation for warm hospitality and a deep commitment to his community. Long before that, he launched his very first restaurant — an Indian takeout operation called Tandoori Grill. Through recessions and a global pandemic, he learned exactly what it takes to adapt and thrive.
Now he's joined by Anurag — a brand consultant turned food entrepreneur who launched a frozen food brand in India and brought bold Delhi-style street flavours to Vancouver with his brand Tikka Gali. Together, they're bringing something genuinely special to Kitimat.
